Garlic Sev Murmura
- Across India, murmura’s have different names; mamra, puffed rice, pori, borugulu, murmuralu, mudhi and many more. They’re also prepared differently in every homes. In my home, I like preparing them with a hint of garlic and curry leaves. At times, I also simply season them with turmeric, chili powder, and powdered suga In the meantime, in a mortar and pestle, add garlic, salt, and red chili powder. Crush the garlic to a fine paste. Make sure to add very less salt as the murmura's and sev are already salty.
